We watched brilliant local businesses — restaurants, clinics, boutiques, home bakers — lose orders to missed calls, juggle payments over screenshots, and write bills by hand at 11pm.

Meanwhile, their customers were already on WhatsApp all day. The tools existed, but they were scattered, expensive and built for metros.
