These Terms govern your use of Bizfree, a commerce platform operated by Kumara Swamy Technologies ("Bizfree", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Bizfree lets businesses take orders, bookings and enquiries over WhatsApp and the web, collect payments, generate GST invoices, and arrange delivery. Features and pricing may change over time.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be authorised to represent the business you register.
You agree not to use the service to send spam or unlawful content, to violate WhatsApp/Meta policies, to infringe others' rights, or to harm the platform. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including messaging and consumer-protection rules, for the communications you send to your customers.
When you connect a WhatsApp Business number, you authorise Bizfree to send and receive messages on your behalf. You are responsible for obtaining customer consent where required and for the content of your messages. Messaging is subject to WhatsApp/Meta terms and applicable per-message charges.
Subscription fees, message credits and any per-message charges are billed as described in your plan. Payments to your customers are processed through our payment partner. Taxes apply as required by law.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain responsibility for your customers' data that you collect through the service.
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior three months.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law. You can disconnect your WhatsApp number at any time.
We may update these Terms and will post the updated version here. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
